Massachusetts and Genocide
THE RECENT lawsuit filed on behalf of the Assembly of Turkish American Associations, a student, and two teachers claims that the Massachusetts Board of Education is censoring history and denying freedom of speech. Why? Because educational materials about genocide and human rights, approved by the board, removed reference to a Turkish government website that denies the historical reality of the Armenian Genocide of 1915. If the board were to endorse websites denying the reality of the Holocaust, Massachusetts citizens would be justifiably outraged. View the whole article

YEREVAN, JANUARY 27, NOYAN TAPAN. An earthquake measuring of 2.5 magnitude
took place in the border zone of Armenia-Turkey, 6 kilometers to south-west
from the Artashat city, at 8:41 am, on January 27 . The strenght in the
epicentre zone made 3-4. The National Seismic Defence Service attached to RA
Government informed the Noyan Tapan about this.
TURKEY HASN'T CHANGED, ITS ESSENCE REMAINS THE SAME

Republic not only failed to recognize the Armenian Genocide in the
Ottoman Empire, but also did everything possible for concealing this
fact. Today Turkey almost hasn't changed, its anti-Armenian policy is
